摘要
本文分析了哈佛大学的教育管理和培养人才的特点,从录取标准、课程改革、教学模式、导师制、学籍管理、教师聘任制等方面进行了深入探讨,论述了哈佛大学的教育模式对我国高等学校教育管理的启示。
This paper gives an in-depth analysis to the important characteristics about the Harvard education, management and personnel training from the aspects of admission standards, curriculum reform, teaching mode, tutorial system, students man- agement, teachers recruitment and so on. Moreover, it discusses the inspirations of the Harvard University education model on China's higher education management.
