This paper gives an in-depth analysis to the important characteristics about the Harvard education, management and personnel training from the aspects of admission standards, curriculum reform, teaching mode, tutorial system, students man- agement, teachers recruitment and so on. Moreover, it discusses the inspirations of the Harvard University education model on China＇s higher education management.
