肾静脉以上腔静脉滤器植入术5例分析 被引量:9

摘要 腔静脉滤器vena cava filter,VCF)植入是预防肺栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)的有效手段。VCF一般放置在肾静脉以下的下腔静脉(inferior venacava,IVC)内,但当血栓位于腔静脉内或血栓顶端累及肾静脉时,在肾静脉以下就无法放置VCF。在这种情况时,VCF必须考虑放置在肾静脉以上的腔静脉(suprarenal vena cava)内,才能有效预防血栓脱落引起的肺栓塞。自2004年5月~2007年5月本科在肾静脉以上腔静脉内放置永久或临时滤器均获成功.报道如下。
