摘要
提出了一种由大口径的熔石英棒和较大芯径的光纤组成的相位共轭镜。在光纤中产生的斯托克斯(Stokes)种子光经由熔石英棒放大后输出。该相位共轭镜可以用于高重复频率激光系统中以改善激光光束质量。实验中,在重复频率100 Hz的情况下,最大获得了42.05%的受激布里渊散射反射率,光束质量从3降低到1.6;在重复频率400 Hz的情况下,光束质量从4降到了1.7。根据实验条件建立的理论模型经数值求解后与实验结果拟合较好,并由理论推导提出了一种提高该复合型相位共轭镜工作状态的有效方法。
A phase conjugation mirror combined with fused silica rod and optical fiber is presented. The Stokes seed produced in fiber is amplified by fused silica rod. This phase conjugation mirror is used in high repetition rate system to improve the beam quality. In experience, under the repetition rate 100 Hz, maximum stimulated Brillouin scattering is obtained, and beam quality is reduced from 3 to 1.6. Under repetition rate 400 Hz, the beam quality is reduced from 4 to 1.7. The theoretical model is established considering the experimental conditions. The simulation results agree well with the experimental data. And a way to improve the operation state of this combined phase conjugator is introduced by our modeling.
