摘要
在管理学理论各门派中,基于知识理论指出:“企业的存在是对知识经济中基本的不对称反映。企业作为知识集合体,是一个知识系统。”面对当今世界经济一体化和科技变化发展趋势,企业的生存不仅依靠自身竞争力,更要汲取其他组织的“能量”,将其他组织和外部知识转化为本组织的知识。这对具有特殊组织结构和管理特点的母子公司更为适用。组织间相互学习能产生强大的共享和放大效应,
