高职院校营销专业学生工作胜任力研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前关于胜任力的理论研究已经成为国内外研究的热点,并取得了丰硕的研究成果,然而针对我国高职教育,尤其是针对特定专业(如营销专业)教学的研究非常少见。因此,利用回归分析的方法对影响营销专业学生工作胜任力的因素进行实证分析并提出相应的对策建议,可以为高职院校营销专业的建设提供借鉴。
