结合珠蛋白基因多态性与冠心病 被引量:3

摘要 结合珠蛋白(Hp)又称触珠蛋白,是一种酸性糖蛋白,属急性期反应蛋白之一。Hp通过与游离血红蛋白结合而具抗氧化活性,有抑制前列腺素合成、促进血管生成及调节机体免疫等功能。Hp由于所含轻链类型的不同而具有遗传多态性,本文综述了Hp遗传多态性与冠心病的发生、发展、治疗、转归及预后之间关系,以便为临床干预提供指导依据。
