冠状动脉旁路移植术中桥血管流量与影响因素的分析 被引量:2

摘要 旁路血管流量对冠脉搭桥术后的疗效起着重要的作用。国人大隐静脉桥较满意的流量>35ml/min;乳内动脉桥较满意的流量应>15ml/min。术中影响流量的主要因素包括舒张期血流、血管阻力,冠脉本身狭窄程度、竞争血流等。
