摘要
目的探讨青年自信与生理健康状况的关系,以及自信与应对方式的关系。方法使用青年学生自信问卷、自陈健康状况问卷、简易应对方式问卷对学生进行调查分析。结果自信与健康自陈之间正相关,自信越强身体健康状况越好;自信与积极的应对方式正相关,与消极的应对方式无关。结论自信是保障健康因素之一,这种效应并非是简单地通过自我肯定实现的,灵活应对等变量在其中也起着重要的作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between self-confidence and health, the relationship between self-confidence and coping style. Method Students were tested with youth self-confidence Inventory, self report physiology health questionnaire. Results The self confidence was significantly correlated with health status and negatively correlated with the fucuqucy of suffers from influenza; the self confidence was significantly correlated with positive copying style while negatively correlated with negative copying style. Conclusion The self confidence contributed health through coping flexibility.
