摘要
目的了解重点高中生自我和谐的基本特点,探讨自我和谐与心理压力源之间的关系,为培养健全人格、促进心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用自我和谐量表和中学生应激源量表为测量工具,对重点高中的531名学生进行问卷调查。结果重点高中生在发生自我不和谐的3个维度之中,有21.5%的人进入了高分组,男女生在自我刻板性上存在显著差异(t=2.519,p<0.05);自我和谐总分与压力源各因子显著正相关,自我和谐的3个分量表都至少与压力源的1个因子呈显著正相关;压力源对自我和谐总分的观测量达到20.0%。结论自我和谐程度较差的重点高中生为数不少,在心理健康教育中应给予这类学生重点关注。压力源对自我和谐程度有良好的观测作用。
Objective To investigate characteristics of key senior high school students'self-consistency and congruence and its relationship with stressor and provide the scientific basis for cultivating health personality and promoting mental health education. Method Self-consistency and Congruency Scale (SCCS) and stressor questionnaire were applied on 531 students in key senior high school. Results 21.5% of the tested students were got into high level. There were significant differences in self-rigidness between male and female students (t=2. 519,p^0.05). All stressor factors correlated positively with the general level of self-consistency and congruence. The sub-scales of SCCS correlated positively with at least one of the factor of stressor question- naire and predictive rate of self-consistency and congruence by stressor is 20. 0%. Conclusion A part of students are accounted into poor self-consistency and congruency and more attention should be paid to such students in mental health education. Stressor could predict individuals' self-consistency and congruence in some degree.
