摘要
我国传统养生体育历史悠久,强身健体的功效显著。本文介绍了传统中医体育养生的基本观点,如天人相应,顺其自然;动静兼养,动以养形,静以养神;形神合一,形神共养等。探讨传统体育养生理论对高等体育教育的指导作用,提出重视"内养",注重身心和谐;注重意守、调息和动形的协调统一;强调劳逸适度,适量锻炼;量力而行,循序渐进;提倡持之以恒,坚持不懈等。强调体育课程主要目标是增强学生体质、增进学生健康和提高学生体育素养,突出了"健康第一"的指导思想。
Chinese traditional keeping in good health in PE has a long history, and has a significant efficiency in building a healthy body. This paper introduces the basic viewpoints of Chinese traditional keeping in good health in PE, such as correspondence of man and nature, following the natural process and combining movement with being static,cultivating body by movement,cultivating spirit by being static, and building both shape and spirit by combination of shape and spirit, etc. The author reveals the instructive function of theory of Chinese traditional keeping in good health in PE on higher physical education and draws a conclusion that impor- tance should be given to "internal cultivation", the harmony of physical and psychology, the coordination and unification of mind concentration, regulating breathing and moving body. It is also suggested that one should work and exercise in moderation and within one's capability and proceed step by step and constantly. The author emphasizes the aim of physical education is to build up students'health and improve their sports skills, advocating the idea of "Health is the most important".
