摘要
目的为了完善护理规章制度及操作规范,探讨护理纠纷产生的原因及预防措施,从而为建立和谐的护患关系奠定基础。方法对临床工作中护患纠纷产生的原因及预防措施进行归纳总结。结果缺乏有效的沟通、法律意识淡薄及违反护理规章制度是产生护患纠纷的根本原因。结论严格执行规章制度,建立和谐的护患关系是预防护患纠纷的有效措施。
Objectve To establish and perfect nursing and operating rules, and to investigate the cause of nursing dispute,so as to find the the method of establishing frindly relationship between nurses and patients. Method The preventive measures of nursing dispute are explored. Results The key cause of nursing dispute is a lack of effective communication, the awareness of the law and the violations of nursing rules. Conclusion The effective measures would be strict enforcement of rules and regulations, establishing frindly relationship between nurses and patients.
