摘要
本文从影响高校医院员工薪酬的因素出发,探讨了高校医院员工业绩、薪酬与医院效益之间的关系,提出以工作量大小为核心调整医院科室设置和岗位分布,以模拟成本核算为关键,以全员认同为基点,以建立自我约束机制为保障,加强人才培养和提高队伍素质等对策,增强医院的凝聚力,提高员工工作的积极性、主动性和工作效率,提高高校医院员工业绩、薪酬与医院效益之间的关联性。
This paper firstly discusses the relationship among university hospital staff's achievement, salaries and the hospital benefit, then puts forward a few ideas about how to adjust the setting up of the departments, and the distribution of positions in our hospital, according to the amount of works. On the other hand, basing on the hospital cost and considering the staff's opinion, we have made a series of policy on managing ourselves, training and improving our work-team's professional ability to pursue a good hospital benefit. At the same time, what we had done also have strengthened the relationship between hospital staff's achievement, salaries and their hospita's benefit.
