摘要
肺耐药蛋白是一种110KD的蛋白。研究发现肺耐药蛋白就是在人正常组织和肿瘤细胞中广泛分布的穹隆体主蛋白,且具有组织特异性。肺耐药蛋白直接或间接介导了多种肿瘤细胞多药耐药的产生,可作为治疗预后评判的指标,肺耐药蛋白高提示预后不良。
Lung Resistance Protein（LRP） is one kind of ll0KD protein, Researches had indicated LRP is Major Vault Protein（MVP）, which commonly existed in human normal cells and the cancer cells. LRP had tissue specificity, I,RP induced cancer cells resist to multidrugs in direct or indirect ways. LRP may be of predictive value in treatments of carcinomas, and high expression of LRP was correlated with bad prognosis.
