摘要
大规模的水利水电建设不可避免地带来大量的征地移民,移民安置效果的好坏直接影响到社会的安定和谐。从移民安置的实际出发,建立了由生活恢复、生产恢复、持续发展等目标及若干子项构成的移民安置效果综合评价指标体系,该指标体系涵盖了与移民生产生活直接关联的各个方面。采用层次结构模型和模糊理论相结合的方法来对指标体系进行计算。并以四川省某水库移民安置区的综合评价为例进行了实例研究,可为今后类似的移民安置工作提供参考。
A large number of people will be emigrated due to construction of hydropower projects in large-scale, where upon the resettlement of emigrants will affect the societal stability and concordance. Starting from practice, an integrated indexes system was presented, which compose of living resume, production resume and sustainable development, covering all aspects related to emigrants live. The case study of certain project in Sichuan province was conducted by hierarchy model combined with fuzzy, which may provide some reference for similar projects.
