Designing and Implementation of Clinic Anesthesia Information System

临床麻醉信息系统(clinic anaesthesia information system,CAIS)应用于手术室、术后复苏室和加强治疗病房(ICU)。系统围绕手术的前期、中期、后期等各个阶段的业务进行智能化的管理。主要功能有术前访视提示和记录、术中体征及麻醉状况自动采集和实时显示、基于专家知识的智能提示和警示、术后麻醉总结、自动计费、以及科室管理、知识总结等。该系统的应用将直接提高医疗工作质量和工作效率,改善医患关系。

Information System （CAIS） is applied in operating room （OR）, post-anesthesia care unit （PACU）, and intensive care unit （ICU）. It achieved intelligent management in every procedure of an operation. The main functionalities include notification and recording of pre-operation checking, automatic collection and real-time display of vital signs and anesthesia information, intelligent knowledge-based notification and warning, post-anesthesia summery, automatic billing, department management and knowledge collecting. The system has improved medical quality and work efficiency as well as the doctor-patient relation.
