内隐藏焊缝不焊的K形搭接节点承载力 被引量:1

摘要 针对K形搭接节点内隐藏焊缝不易施焊的现实状况,为了弥补现有规范设计公式统一按内隐藏焊缝全焊考虑而可能带来的安全隐患,用有限元手段分析比较了内隐藏焊缝不焊对节点破坏模式、受力性能等的影响.证实了内隐藏焊缝不施焊对K形搭接节点承载力的影响不宜忽视.提出了一个K形搭接节点考虑内隐藏焊缝不焊的影响系数公式,并建议当节点按受压管为被搭接管设计且搭接率小于60%时,或当节点按受拉管为被搭接管设计且搭接率小于40%时,可以对极限承载力做相应20%左右的折减,除此之外尽量采取全焊. It is really difficult to solder the hidden weld of overlap K-joints. To avoid the incipient fault of the ultimate capacity got by the design formula in current code which takes no account of hidden weld absence. The effect of hidden weld absence on the failure modes and structure behavior of the joints was studied by the finite element method. The effect of hidden weld should not be neglected. Furthermore, a coefficient formula of overlap K-joints considering hidden weld absence was presented. When the through brace is compression with an overlap rate less than 60% or the through brace is in tension with less than 40% overlap rate, the ulti- mate bearing capacity could be given about 20 % reduction. In other cases, all welding should be applied to the joint with hidden weld.
