摘要 曲轴作为内燃机设备中的关键零部件,对系统动态特性的影响至关重要.为此,以X6170ZC型柴油机曲轴为对象,利用有限元方法对其动态特性进行深入研究.首先研究系统固有频率、阻尼比和振型等动态特性参数的辨识方法;然后利用Pro/E创建曲轴的三维实体模型,并用有限元软件对该曲轴模型的模态参数进行计算;最后,用模态测试的方法验证了上述方法的有效性.结果表明,该有限元模型在一定频率范围内能够较好地表征物理模型的动态特性. Being one of the key parts in internal combustion engine, crankshaft can influence the dynamic characteristics of the system greatly. The crankshaft of X6170ZC diesel engine was adopted as objective, and its dynamic characteristics were investigated by using finite element method. First, the approach to identifying inherent frequency, damping ratio, and vibration mode was introduced. Then, by using the 3D model of crankshaft built by Pro/E software, the modal parameters were calculated with finite element software. Finally by a modal test the proposed finite element model was proved capable of signing the dynamic characteristics of the physical model well within certain range of frequency.
