Current Situations and Future Trend of Forensic Interviews in Child Sexual Abuse Cases

摘要 文章概述了儿童性侵害案件中司法访谈的研究现状,分别从影响访谈中揭露的因素,司法访谈中的技术,司法访谈的新发展,以及研究中存在的不足四个方面进行归纳、总结。 This paper reviews the current situations of research on forensic interviews in child sexual abuse cases, and discusses the following four aspects： factors influencing disclosure during interviews, techniques used in forensic interviews, new directions of forensic interviews, and limitations of the research.
