现代教育手段是从现代科学技术在社会生活中日益深入和现代教学理论和学习理论日渐成熟作为背景而展开的。针对多年来传统语文教学学生兴趣低下、课堂信息量不足、教师习惯于"满堂灌"而学生缺乏主体精神和有实效的能力发展不足等弊端,现代教学手段,尤其是基于多媒体技术的引入,将成为改革这诸多顽疾的突破口。一方面,随着教学手段的改变,必然引起语文教学思想、教学观念、教学方法和教学模式的变革;另一方面,现代教学手段要真正有效地发挥作用,也需要思想观念上的除旧布新。因此,这对教育的管理者、语文教育的实施者提出了更高的要求。

Modern education methods come along with the development of science advancement and modern theories of teaching and learning. They aim at solving the problems in traditional ways of teaching. The introduction of multi--media technology is a breakthrough in the transformation of educational concepts, which will bring about the change in teaching methods, modes, and concepts. However, the application of the technology has posed more demands on the professional quality of educational staff, particularly teachers of Chinese.
