高校管理队伍建设是高校的重要任务,高校必须把管理队伍建设作为一项紧迫的任务抓紧抓好。高校的中层干部起着承上启下的作用,是高校管理的中坚力量。高校中层干部应该是一个学术的敬畏者和知识的敬畏者;应是主动开展工作的先锋;要善于协调工作,勇于承担责任;应不断学习,充实自己;应自觉地树立服务教师和学生的意识并在工作实践中身体力行。

The construction of a managerial staff is an important task in the management work in universities, which should be strengthened and done well. The managerial staff at the middle level play the role of linking between the president and the staff at the grass root level. They are the backbone managerial staff members who pursue knowledge and pioneer in management work as well. They should be good at coordinating the function of different units, face their own responsibilities, update their academic abilities,and conscientiously offer services to teachers and students.
