辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。加强辅导员队伍建设,建设一支专业化、职业化的辅导员队伍是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要组织保证和长效机制。
Counselors play an important role in giving advice and guidance to university students in their healthy development. Construction of a professional counselor band in universities and colleges means an effective way of improving the work of students＇ affairs.
