中国足球职业联赛主客场赛季制最大的特点是准备期短,竞赛期长,如何在较短的准备期中形成运动员的竞技状态,并在竞赛期中维持这一状态就显得十分重要。通过对我国职业联赛赛前准备期的训练时间和任务、训练内容与方法手段、训练负荷的特点等进行探讨与分析,以指导职业球队的训练,从而提高我国足球训练工作质量和运动水平,并进一步完善我国足球训练理论。

According to the specific characteristics of the Chinese professional soccer league match home - away match system, such as lone season, and short training period, it is very important for coaches to explore how to help the players to form the competition status in such short preparing period, and maintain such kind of state during the lone season. The thesis attempted to discuss the training time and task, training content and means, arrangement on training load, in order to serve the guiding on Chinese soccer training and matches,thereby improving the quality and level of the training and matching of the soccer in China and improving and perfecting Chinese soccer training theory.
