摘要
采用文献法、数理统计法、逻辑分析等方法,分析论证了我国青少年身体素质锻炼过程中的全面发展原则。在承认全面发展原则符合青少年生长发育基本特点和规律的同时,揭示了该原则存在的弊端,提出在耐久力持续、大幅度下降的形式下,应重点发展耐久力的观点,阐释了重点发展与全面发展的辨证关系,从多角度论证了重点发展耐久力的科学依据及其可行性,对如何实现重点发展耐久力提出了相应的对策。
This paper illustrates the all - round development principle in developing process of the physical quality of teenagers in our county, by using literature, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. We admit that the all - round development principle accords with the characteristics and regularity of teenagers' devdopment,but at the same time,we also reveal the drawbacks of this principle. We put forth a view that the devdopment of endurance is of the first priority in the recent situation when endurance is decreasing greatly and continuously.The relationship between all - round devdopment and prior devdopment is explained. From different angels, we demonstrate the scientific basis and practicability of all - round development. At last, we offer some strategies for how to make the development of endurance a priority.
