摘要 在查阅有关社区与高校健身房的健身指导对健身者身心健康影响的文献资料的基础上,通过对桂林市几个大的健身俱乐部和高校健身房的锻炼者进行问卷调查,对他们练习前后心理情绪变化情况进行比较分析。结果表明:通过在健身房里参加有指导员指导的有氧健身,有助于心理健康水平的提高,促进了人际之间的情感交流和提高对社会的适应能力,并保持饱满、乐观、积极、健康的身心状态。鉴于学生的特殊社会地位,根据在校学生具体情况,进一步完善校园健身房的心理疏导个性化服务,使健身房有氧健身指导成为促进学生身心素质全面发展的主导力量之一。 In reference to the communities and institutions of higher learning fitness guidance of physical and frontal health effects of fitness on the basis of documentation through the Guilin City several major college and universities fitess clubs and the training of survey on the psychological and emotional changes in their practice of comparative analysis.Tne results showed: Fitness through participation in the aerobic fitness with instructor guidance will help raise the level of mental health,promoting interpersonal communication between the emotional and social adapatsbility, enhance and maintain overflowing, optimistic, positive, healthy physical and frontal state. Given the special social status of students, according to the specific situation of students in school and to further improve the carious Fitness psychological counseling personalized services to enable aerobic fitness as a guide for the overall development of students and the quality of one of the main forces.
