摘要
采用SCL-90和成人内-外控制量表,对由浙江林学院2006级入学学习野外生存生活训练课程的大学新生组成的实验组,以随机方式抽取的同期参加其它体育选项课教学的大学新生组成的对照组,分别进行了前测和后测。结果发现野外生存生活训练课程教育对于有一般心理问题的大学生的心理健康水平的改善非常明显,但对于存在明显心理障碍的大学生的心理健康水平的改善则不明显。结论:在大学生中广泛开展野外生存生活训练课程教育对普遍提高大学生的心理健康水平具有积极的意义。
The Zhejiang Forestry University 2006 freshmen were divided into the experimental team in which students were picked up to participate among those who took the course of the survival training in the fields,as well as the comparing team students were picked up to participate at random among those who took P. E courses of other majors. By the use ofSCL - 90 and Adults' internal - external controlling graphics,both teams were carried out pre - test and after - test. It turned out that the course of the survival training in the fields can evidently improve the mental health of the college students with common psychological problems. However, this course has few influence on those who have evident psychological problems. It is easy to draw a conclusion that college students' mental health can be evidently improved by students' survival training in the fields.
