Influence of Survival Education to Student's Psychology Health in Universities

摘要 采用心理学量表(精神卫生自评量表SCL—90)及自制心理自评问卷,对吉林大学参加生存教育的学生及普通学生进行调查,对所获数据进行比较分析,结果表明:在躯体化和精神病性因子上,实验组与对照组没有显著性的差异;在强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、和恐怖因子上,两组间存在较为显著性的差别;在焦虑、敌对和偏执3个因子方面,两组间存在极为显著性的差别。生存教育训练有利于锻炼大学生的意志品质和生活生存能力;有利于培养他们的存活危机和团队合作意识;有利于提高其交往能力和自我实践解决问题的能力;有利于保持和改善大学生的心理健康水平并促进其健康发展。 By means of a psychological scale (mental health self- evaluation scale, SCL - 90) and a self- made psychological self- evaluation scale, the author investigated the average students and students participating survival training of Jilin University and made an analysis of the data obtained. The results indicate that in the indexes of somatization and psychosis, there is no significant difference between the experimental group and control group; there is difference between the two groups in indexes of obsession, sensitiveness in interpersonal relationship, depression and terror; there is significant difference between the two groups in indexes of anxiety, hoetility and crankiness. Survival training benefit college students not only in persistence, survivability in living, cultivation of survival crisis and team spirit consciousness, but also in capabilities of communication trod problem - solving, as well as mental health and developmont.
