新教育理念下体育教师角色转变探析

Research on Roles Changes of physical Teachers under New Education Concept

新一轮课程改革带来了全新的教育理念,面对体育教学改革中教师的教育理念、教学模式、教学情景、教学评价体系的新变化,要求体育教师的角色必须变革,使之符合当代体育教育改革的教育思想。这种角色的转变,对于真正适应新时期教育理念的挑战与发展是非常必要的。

Under the guidance of modern education concept, the author suggests that with the development of the new educational concepts and ideas in the reform of physical culture, a great deal of changes have taken place in the teaching modes and situations, and teaching evaluation system, which call for that the physical teachers must change their roles and try to become the participants instead of tcacherss only. They should be the active participants, cooperators and promoters in physical teaching, and behave as instructors in developing the students＇ ability of creation.
