高职院校新入职教师职业适应性调查研究——以190名常州高职院校2007年入职教师为例 被引量:1

摘要 运用霍兰德职业人格能力测验、工作满意度量表和自编新教师入职适应性自我评估问卷,对190名公办高职院校2007年新入职教师进行职业适应性调查研究,结果显示,新教师的职业人格能力类型与职业匹配程度高,工作满意度较高,但新教师自觉职业适应水平却不佳。由此反映出新教师总体职业适应状况良好,但也存在一定问题。建议采取培养职业兴趣和职业能力、满足需求、建立一体化培训机制等途径来促进新入职教师职业适应性的提高。 Researchers tested the professional adaptability of 190 new teachers in higher education colleges by Holland personality test of professional ability, job satisfaction scale and self evaluation questionnaire. It is found that the personality types of professional ability match their jobs well, and their job satisfaction is high. It shows that adaptation situation of the new teachers are good in the whole, problems are existing as well. So the researchers suggest that the professional adaptability can be improved by developing interests and ability, satisfying demands, establishing the integrative training system.
