摘要 在工业测控系统中,经常需要对电动机的转速进行检测和控制。目前国内外常用的转速测量方法有离心式转速表测速法、测速发电机测速法、闪光测速法、光电码盘测速法和霍尔元件测速法等。在对各种测速方法进行分析后提出了基于光电传感器的转速测量系统。详细分析了系统的组成及工作原理,给出了系统中各硬件模块设计方法及系统软件设计方法,给出了部分程序流程图和程序清单。该测速系统安装维护方便,工作稳定,运行可靠,具有较大的推广应用价值。 In the industry observation and control system, it frequently needs to carry on the examination and the control to the electric motor rotational speed. At present the domestic and foreign commonly used tachometric survey method has the centrifugal tachometer to measure fast method, the speed - voltage generator measured fast method, the flash measured fast method, the Photo electricity Code plate measured fast method and the Hall part measure method and so on. After each kind of measured the fast method carried on the analysis to propose based on the electro - optical sensor tachometric survey system. The multi analysis system composition and the principle of work, have produced in the system various hardware module design method and the system software design method, produced the subprogram flow chart and the procedure detailed list. The measure system installs the maintenance conveniently, work stable, the movement is reliable, has the bigger promotion application value.
