摘要
分析了现有的抗冲刷试验装置和道路基层材料产生冲刷的动力源,研发出新的抗冲刷试验装置;采用正交试验设计方法研究了各因素对冲刷量的影响规律,并确定了与装置配套的工作参数;在此基础上,研究了不同再生骨料掺量、不同水泥剂量、不同冲刷次数下水泥稳定再生骨料基层混合料的抗冲刷性能。试验结果表明:配合比为再生骨料与砂质量分数之比75%∶25%的抗冲刷性能最好,而再生骨料、细石、砂质量分数比80%∶10%∶10%的抗冲刷性能最差;增加适当的水泥剂量能改善水泥稳定再生骨料抗冲刷性能。
A new apparatus for anti-erosion experiment was developmented by analysis for existing apparatuses and power source making base-course material erosion.A design method of orthogonal experimental was adopted to study law of several factors affecting erosion quantity,and supporting running parameters for apparatus were determined.On this basis,the anti-erosion performance of cement stabilized reclyed aggregate base-course mixture material was discussed.Experiment results show that the best anti-erosion performance of mixture proportion of recycled aggregate to sand is 75%∶25%,and that the worst mixture proportion is recycled aggregate find aggregate to sand by 80%∶10%∶10%.Increasing proper cement dosage can make anti-erosion performance of cement stabilized reclyed aggregate base-course mixture material improve.
