摘要
目的:检测Notch1,Jagged1和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测65例NSCLC组织、15例正常支气管上皮组织中Notch1,Jagged1和VEGF蛋白的表达并分析它们与临床病理参数间的关系。结果:Notch1,Jagged1和VEGF蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中表达的阳性强度分别为81.5%(53/65),83.1%(54/65)和93.8%(61/65),均明显高于正常支气管上皮组织的阳性强度(P<0.05);NSCLC中Notch1和VEGF蛋白表达与患者临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);Jagged1蛋白表达与患者病理类型和淋巴结转移有关。Notch1,Jagged1和VEGF蛋白的表达三者两两间均呈显著正相关。结论:Notch1,Jagged1和VEGF蛋白可能在肺癌发生发展中起重要作用;其高表达有可能作为预测NSCLC侵袭、转移的重要指标。
Objective To determine the expressions of Notch 1 , Jagged 1 and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) in human non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ) and to explore its clinical pathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of Notchl , Jaggedl and VEGF in 65 patients with NSCLC and 15 normal epithelial tissues of the lung, and the relationship between them and clinic-pathological parameters were analyzed. Resuits The positive rates of Notchl, Jagged 1 and VEGF in NSCLC were 81. 5% , 83. 1% and 93.8%, respectively, higher than those in normal epithelial tissues of the lung ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive expression levels of Notch 1 and VEGF were closely associated with the tumor stage and the lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive expression levels of Jagged 1 was positively correlated with the pathological type and lymph node metastasis. There was a positive correlation between Notch 1 , Jagged 1 and VEGF. Conclusion Notch 1 , Jagged 1 and VEGF protein may play an important role in the pathway of Jagged l and VEGF protein and metastasis. carcinogenesis and progression of NSCLC. The up-regulation of Notch 1 , expression probably predict NSCLC carrying relatively strong permeation
