摘要
结直肠癌是威胁人类健康的常见肿瘤之一,目前缺乏敏感度、特异度高的早期诊断方法。蛋白质组学为结直肠癌的许多研究领域开拓了新的视野,表面增强激光解吸/离子化飞行时间质谱(surface enhanced la-ser desorption ionization-time of flight-mass spectroscopy,SELDI-TOF-MS)蛋白质芯片平台是蛋白质组学的主要技术平台之一,本文综述了SELDI蛋白质芯片平台的基本原理、技术特点及其在结直肠癌蛋白质组学研究中的应用和展望。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common neoplasms which does great harm to human health. It is short of early diagnostic methods with high sensitivity and specificity,which contributes to this phenomenon. Proteomics opens new visions in many research fields of colorectal cancer. The surface enhanced laser desorption ionization - time of flight - mass spectroscopy ( SELDI - TOF - MS) Protein Chip platform is one of the maintechnical platforms of proteomics. In this article,we reviewed its principle,application and prospect on protenmics of colorectal cancer.
