摄护宁治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床研究

Clinical research on prostess′s treatment to non-bacteria prostatitis

目的观察评价摄护宁治疗非细菌性慢性前列腺炎的有效性及安全性。方法采用多中心开放临床治疗试验方法,对非细菌慢性前列腺炎120例患者进行为期4到8周的疗效观察。结果用药后4周和8周分别进行对患者国际慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI),总分分别较治疗前平均降低(7.8和10.1),前列腺液常规检查WBC计数分别较治疗前降低(13.7个和16.3个)。治疗8周后总有效率为88.3%,治疗过程中全部患者未发生任何与药物有关的不良反应。结论摄护宁可明显的改善慢性前列腺炎患者的临床症状,改善生活质量,提高性功能能力,减少前列腺液中的WBC计数和提高卵磷脂含量,治疗效果确切。

Objective To observe and evaluate the efficiency and safety of prostess＇s treatment to chronic non - bacteria prostatitis. Methods Multi - center opening clinical test was adopted for 120 cases of non - bacteria prostatitis and followed by 4 - 8 week observation. Results After drug treatment to chronic prostatitis for 4 and 8 weeks respectively, patients were examined and valued,then found the score of NIH - CPSI lowered （7.8 and 10.1 points） and WBC scores of examination to prostate exudates decreased （ 13.7 and 16.3 points） respectively. The efficiency came to 88.3% after 8 -week treatment, and there no any untoward reaction with the medicine was found during the treatment. Conclusions Prostess can improve patient＇s clinical symptom of chronic prostatitis significantly, improve their life quality and sexual function, lower down the WBC scores and enhance content of lecithin with a confirmative medical efficiency.
