摘要
牛儿庄东风井保护煤柱,平均煤厚为5.5m,煤岩层倾角21°-42°,属于大倾角煤层,采用轻型放顶煤技术开采。对支架、采煤机及运输机的不稳定性进行了深入分析研究,并提出了有效的控制措施。支架采用防倒防滑连锁装置,使工作面整体支架避免下滑、倒架现象。采用千斤顶及链条拉住前、后部到板输送机,对工作面输送机起到了向上拉的作用,达到了输送机不下滑的目的。采煤机下行割煤,上行跑空刀,从采煤工艺上提高采煤系统的稳定性。
The protection pillar for eastern ventilation shaft in Niuerzhuang Colliery, with 5.5m thick and 21° -42° high inclination -angle, is mined with light top coal caving. Based on deep analysis and research on the unstahiltiy of support, coal cutter, and conveyor, the effective control measures are given. The chain de- vice for tumoverproof and antislip is taken to maintain the stability of the supports. The chain from support is designed to pull the conveyor to ensure its stability. The coal cutter cuts coal downway, and rum free upway, the stability of the mining system is raised by optimum mining techonology.
