摘要 吕矿公司井田煤层露头比较小,地面村庄稠密,村庄下压煤严重,搬迁村庄开采选址十分困难。采用当今国内外最先进的"三下"采煤与土地复垦技术,对吕家坨矿业分公司部分采区稳沉采煤塌陷地进行矸石充填复垦,创建一个良好的生态环境,用于搬迁村庄的新村址。解决了村庄搬迁占用耕地问题,切实保护耕地,同时,减小搬迁距离,不影响搬迁村庄村民的生产和生活,也为综合治理塌陷区开辟了新途径。 The outcrop of coal seam is relatively small in Lujiatuo Mining Company, above the ground has dense villages located above the rich coal resources , and the relocation site of the villages has been very difficult to choose. Having adopted the most advanced "three -unders" coal mining and land rehabilitation techniques, the author carried out rehabilitation of waste filling to some mining sinkholes of Lujiatuo Branch, created a good ecological environment as the new location of the relocation villages, and solved the problem of the occupation of farmland by the relocation of villages, meanwhile the implementation of the technology reduced relocation distance, not affected the production and daily life of villagers, and also opened up a new way for the comprehensive management of subsidence areas.
