皱叶留兰香挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从皱叶留兰香(Mentha crispate Schrad.)中提取挥发油,并运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行了分析。皱叶留兰香挥发油中鉴定出46种化学成分,占总挥发油的92%。其中含量最高的为2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙烯基)-2-环已烯-1-酮(49.15%)、右旋柠檬烯(19.099%)、1-甲基-5-亚甲基-8-(1-甲基乙基)-1,6-环癸二3.749%)。 The volatile oil was extracted from Mentha crispate Schrad. by steam distillation and the chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that 50 components were separated and 46 components were identified, which composed of 92% of the total volatile oil. The high content components were 2 - methyl - 5 - ( 1 - methylethenyl) - 2 -cyclohexen -1 -one (49.15%) ,D-limonene( 19. 099% ), 1 -methyl-5 -methylene-8-(1-methylethyl) -1,6-cyclodecadiene (3. 749% ).
