皱叶留兰香挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

Analysis of Volatile Oil from Mentha crispate Schrad. by GC-MS

采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从皱叶留兰香（Mentha crispate Schrad．）中提取挥发油，并运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行了分析。皱叶留兰香挥发油中鉴定出46种化学成分，占总挥发油的92％。其中含量最高的为2-甲基-5-（1-甲基乙烯基）-2-环已烯-1-酮（49．15％）、右旋柠檬烯（19．099％）、1-甲基-5-亚甲基-8-（1-甲基乙基）-1，6-环癸二3．749％）。

The volatile oil was extracted from Mentha crispate Schrad. by steam distillation and the chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that 50 components were separated and 46 components were identified, which composed of 92% of the total volatile oil. The high content components were 2 - methyl - 5 - （ 1 - methylethenyl） - 2 -cyclohexen -1 -one （49.15%） ,D-limonene（ 19. 099% ）, 1 -methyl-5 -methylene-8-（1-methylethyl） -1,6-cyclodecadiene （3. 749% ）.
