摘要 用高效液相色谱法测定红花籽中牛蒡子苷的含量。其色谱条件为:采用Waters C18柱(150mm×3.9mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(25:75),流速0.6mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温室温,用外标法定量,测定红花籽中牛蒡子苷的含量。牛蒡子苷的线性范围0.032—0.16μg,R=0.9994,回收率101.50%,RSD2.81%。该方法简便,快速,线性关系良好,可作为牛蒡子苷的含量测定。 The purpose is to determine the content of aretiin in Carthamus tintorius L. seed. The analysis was carried out on Waters C18 column( 150 mm × 3.9 mm ,5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% H3PO4 (25:75 ). Flow-rate was 0.6 mL/min. Wave-length was 210 nm. Temperature was room temperature. The liner range of aretiin was 0.032- 0.16 μg and gave a correlation(r) of 0. 9994. The recovery was 101.50%. RSD was 2.81%. The method was simple, fast and had a good liner relationship. It is to determine the content of aretiin in Carthamus tinctorius L. seed.
