摘要
通过对冲天槿的扦插繁殖研究表明:冲天槿属于皮部生根型植物;扦插成活率与年龄和木质化程度有一定的关系,其中一年生木质化的茎干扦插成活率最高为86%,最低为半年生半木质化的枝条,成活率为16%;冲天槿对基质有一定选择性,最佳基质为细沙成活率为73%;用ABT2不同浓度处理表明,低浓度比高浓度提高了生根质量,从生根率、平均根长、生根数看,最佳处理为ABT20.05g/kg,成活率为93%。
In this study, we had a test on the artificial cutting propagation of Malvaviscus arboreus var. drummondi,which was a evergreen shrub species. The results are as follows: Malvaviscus arboreus var. drummondi was phloem - rooting species. The viability was relevant to age and the degree of lignification. The viability of one year old and lignified stems was the highest, which was 86%. In contrast, half a year old and semi - lignified stems had the lowest viability, which was 16%. Malvaviscus arboreus var. drummondi had selectivity with growing media, and the best media material was silver sand with Viability of 73%. Treating with different concentrations of ABT2 shows that, rooting quality was better with treating of lower concentration than higher concentration. Considering rooting percentage, average length of roots and the number of roots, the best disposal was ABT2 at 0.05g/kg, and the viability was 93%.
