微波法从苦楝树皮中提取苦楝素的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用微波法从苦楝树皮中提取苦楝素,研究了提取条件对提取率的影响,优化了提取参数。优化提取条件为浸泡时间10min,液固比10mL/g,75%乙醇-水溶液为溶剂,微波功率296W,辐射浸提3min×3次,在此条件下提取率可达1.105%。 The extraction of toosendanin from bark of Melia azedarach L. by the microwave was studied. Effects of extraction conditions and microwave parameters on the extraction yield were discussed systematically. The extraction processing conditions were optimized. The result showed that the optimum conditions are the pretreatment time 10 min,75% ethanol solution,microwave power 296 W. The result of orthogonal test discovered that the ratio of liquid to solid 10:1 mL/g,microwave treatment time 3 rain, and 3 times. With the optimum conditions, the extraction yield of toosendanin from bark of Melia azedarach L. can reach 1. 105%.
