文章对《反倾销协议》第11.3条即反倾销日落复审条款作一介绍。重点探讨了日落复审裁定特征以及W TO规则谈判对日落复审条款完善的动向,以期对我国还未成形的日落复审立法以有益的影响。

The sunset review clause prescribed by Article 11.3 of Anti-Dumping Agreement is the foundation for the WTO members to establish their own sunset review systems. Hence ,this article will firstly introduce the sunset review clause. Meanwhile, the significant character of sunset review is that the traits of determination is a Likelihood Determination which shows the ways of sunset investigation are distinct. This article will describe the characteristic of the sunset review determination and the trends of negotiation on rules of sunset review of WTO as well.
