摘要
采用L9(3^4)正交试验,以叶黄素含量为评价指标,用紫外可见分光光度法进行测定,考察了超声温度(A)、时间(B)、超声功率(C)、超声频率(D)对超声波提取苜蓿中叶黄素的影响。结果表明:优化工艺为提取温度55℃,提取时间45min,超声波功率50W,超声频率45kHz。该工艺合理,可大大缩短工时,提高收率。
According to the orthogonal design L9 (3^4) , the four relevant factors:ultrasonic temperature (A), ultrasonic time (B) ,ultrasonic power (C) ,ultrasonic wave frequency (D) have been investigated. Taking the determination of lutein as a criterion,the content of lutein has been defined by UV-Vis method. The results showed that the optimum ultrasound extracting procedure was : ultrasonic temperature 55 ℃, ultrasonic time 45 min, ultrasonic power 50, ultrasonic wave frequency 45 kHz. It is a reasonable technique,the process was simple and reliable.
