摘要
莱钢特钢厂用50t电炉-50t（LF＋VD）精炼炉工艺流程生产含硼钢，钢中B元素控制非常重要。通过分析影响硼元素收得率的因素，对电炉及精炼炉各环节制定了严格生产工艺要点，保证了钢中有效酸溶硼含量控制在合格范围内。
Boron bearing steel, in which it is very important to control B element, is produced by 50tEAF-50t （ LF ＋ VD） process flow at the Special Steel Plant, Laiwu Steel Group. Through an analysis of factors influencing the yield of boron, key points in each link of production and technology of EAF and refinery furnace were established , ensuring the effective content of acid - soluble boron in the steel is controlled within an eligible range.
