摘要
德庆贡柑是广东肇庆地区的优稀农家柑橘品种,近年来出现了果实品质退化的现象。为解决这一问题,本研究对德庆贡柑同工酶谱以及同工酶与果实品质的关系进行了研究。结果表明,过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶同工酶谱在酶带数量和酶活性上均有差异,但过氧化物酶同工酶谱的多样性较高。POD同工酶带数与可溶性固形物、肉质和果汁间相关显著,而综合品质较好的果实其POD同工酶带数相对较少。本研究还发现,黄龙病病株的贡柑果实中缺少Rf=0.24的主酶带,可能是贡柑感染黄龙病的早期检测的生化指标。本研究为德庆贡柑品种的改良提供了初步的实验基础。
Gonggan is a superexcellent local variety of Citrus reticulata Blanco in Zhaoqing area of Guangdong province, China. An analysis of the relations between isoenymes and fruit quality of Gonggan from different orchards in Deqing country of Guangdong province was carried out to determine variation of the Gonggan population. Results showed that there were differences in isoenzymes and activity of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) among different orchards, but POD isoenzymes exhibited more diversity. There were significant correlations between POD isoenzymes and soluble solid, flesh texture and fruit juice. The results also indicated that absence of POD isoenzyme ( Rf = 0.24) in the fruit from the trees, which have been infected by the citrus yellow shoot (Huanglongbing), suggested a molecular diagnostic marker. The approach of the Gonggan improvement was discussed in this paper.
