摘要
提出了炉内火焰与水冷壁管及双层可调卫燃带隔热层间的集总参数换热模型,并利用此模型建立了燃煤锅炉卫燃带隔热层导热系数、敷设面积、厚度对可调卫燃带表面温度影响的代数计算公式.最后,应用该模型对一台1 025 t/h四角切圆煤粉炉的可调卫燃带隔热层进行了设计传热计算,计算结果与实际情况基本吻合,说明该集总参数传热模型可用于指导可调卫燃带的传热设计.
In order to avoid slagging caused on the movable double-layer heat-insulation, a flame-side surface temperature based design and control criterion is proposed in the paper. And an algebraic calculation model, which correlates the flame-side temperature with a boiler's loads and area, thickness and thermal conductivity of the movable heat-insulation with double-layer, is established. Finally, a design calculation is exemplified with the criterion and model for layout of the heat-insulating refractory on a 1 025 t/h boiler furnace water wall, and the result is consistent well with the actual situation.
