摘要
通过分析铝合金薄蒙皮零件的结构及其成形工艺特点,拟定针对性工艺措施,设计了合理的模具结构,实现了该类零件在橡皮囊液压成形机上的液压成形。
By analyzing part structure and its forming process features of thin aluminum - alloy skin part, this paper works out specific process measures, designs proper Structure so as to realize hydro - cell forming of this kind of part on rubber cell press.
