摘要
基于造纸行业现有分区,结合其原料结构和制约因素,将我国划分为8个环境保护类型区,并提出分区环境政策建议,旨在帮助和强化造纸行业环境管理,改善区域环境质量。
Based on the existing region on paper industry in China and considering the raw material mix and constraining factors, the state was divided into eight environmental protection type regions and the suggestions on the environmental policy for the region division were put forward in order to help and intensify environmental management in paper industry and to improve regional environment quality.
