机械通气相关性肺炎严重威协着病人的生命。呼吸肌麻痹的病人呼吸功能全部靠机械通气维持,而且通气时间较长,我们就如何降低与气道呼吸管理有关的院内感染的发生率作一探讨。具体措施如:抬高床头半卧位以部分减少食管或胃内容物的吸入,保持气囊内压在(25±2)cmH2O,同时有效回收声门下分泌物。应用抗生素保持口腔卫生降低微生物寄殖。内套管可以随时取出更换清洗消毒灭菌等。

VAP threatens the patients＇ life seriously. The respiratory function of patients is maintained by mechanical ventilation and needs long time. We discuss how to reduce the incidence of infection. They are as following： Lifting headstock can reduce the absorption of stomach contens and keep capsular pressure at the level of（25 ± 2）cmH2O, and recycle the secretion under the glottis effectively. Antibiotics can decrease the microorganism to keep mouth healthy. At the same time, inner cannula can be taken out, washed, sterilized at any time.
