5种中草药的营养价值测定 被引量:2

Determination of Nutrition Values in Five Chinese Herbs

摘要 为探讨中草药饲料添加剂的作用机制,本研究测定了黄芪、刺五加、党参、山楂和丹参中常规营养成分和氨基酸的含量。结果显示,中草药中的蛋白质和氨基酸特别是必需氨基酸含量丰富,黄芪和丹参除蛋氨酸、酪氨酸和脯氨酸外的其它14种氨基酸的含量均相对较高,特别是黄芪中赖氨酸、天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸的含量分别高达1.078%、1.644%和1.368%。本结果为进一步研究中草药资源在动物生产中的应用提供了一定的科学依据。 The experiments were conducted to determine the contents of routine nutrients and amino acids in Astragalus membranaceus,Acanthopanax senticosus, Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge, Crataegus pinnatifida Bge and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge,in order to explore their mechanisms as dietary additives. The results showed that both protein and amino acids, especially some essential amino acids were rich in these herbs. The contents of fourteen kinds of amino acids determined except for Met,Tyr and Pro in Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge were higher,and especially of Lys, Asp and Glu in Astragalus membranaceus were as much as 1. 078,1. 644 and 1. 368% ,respectively. These findings provided some scientific information for further study and application of Chinese herbal resources in animal production.
