In this paper,we introduced the extract and bioactivities of Dictyophora polysaccharide. Dictyophora polysaccharide is one of the main effective ingredients in Dictyophora. As a kind of important biological immunoregnlation substance,it has extensive and significant pharmacological activities, and can improve body immunocompetence and inhibit the development of tumor. So Dictyophora polysaccharide is regarded as one of the most promising of drugs and healthy food additives
