专用四肢关节低场MR在踝关节韧带急性损伤中的应用

摘要 目的评价专用四肢关节低场MR在踝关节韧带急性损伤中的应用价值。方法回顾分析23例踝关节急性创伤患者韧带和骨质损伤的MR表现。结果23例踝关节损伤包括外侧副韧带损伤15例、内侧副韧带损伤3例和内外侧副韧带共同受累5例,其中伴7例骨挫伤、4例骨折及10例踝骨关节炎。MR检查能全面直观显示多条韧带、骨和软骨结构损伤的范围程度。结论专用四肢关节低场MR在踝关节韧带损伤方面具有良好的应用价值,能全面评价踝关节损伤,为临床治疗提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the application of low field intensity joint MR in acute injury of ligament of ankle joint. Method Ligament and bone change of MR images in 23 ankle joint ligament acute injury cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results 23 cases include 15 cases of lateral ankle ligament injury, 3 cases of medial ankle ligament injury and 5 cases of both lateral and medial ankle ligament injury. Among them,7 cases with bone bruise and 4 cases with bone fracture. MR showed overall and direct pictures of the extent of injury ligaments, bones and cartilages. Conclusions The low field intensity joint MR is valuable in acute~ injsury of ligament of ankle joint, which can assess the injury of ankle joint overall and provide information for clinical treatment.
